Our one Time Lease Service

If you prefer to handle the day-to-day management of your investment on your own but you do not have the time or availability to market and show vacancies on a moment's notice, nor the expertise in how to choose a qualfied resident, this might be the right program for you. Thian Sky Properties will be more than happy to handle any or all of the following:
  • View/show vacant unit(s)
  • Prepair the lease agreement
  • We collect the first month's rent and the security deposit prior to move in
  • We will market your property (within the neighborhood, internet sites, MLS...)
  • We do a complete credit and background check on all tentants
  • We will turn all documents over to you once completed

We then turn the day-to-day management back over to you.

Hi there! My name is Angie and I am the Office Administrator here at EXIT Now Realty.  I positively love my job here.  We recently moved into a new building in Monticello right behind Walmart.  We are lucky to have a beautiful facility here with lots of intelligent, motivated and fun Agents who completely take care of their clients.
