New construction cleaning rates are approximately $.15 cents per sq. foot.
Windows are extra and are charged on per window basis.
Thian Sky Cleaning Services furnishes all supplies and equipment.

We offer new construction clean up for the following North West areas:
Albertvilles, Anoka, Becker, Big Lake, Coon Rapids, Dayton, Elk River, Hanson, Monticello, Ramsey, Rogers, St Michael, Otsego, Zimmerman, Maple Grove. Some parts of Mpls and St. Paul are covered.
